Level 1 -- Passive

Level 1

Organisations who would like an expert eye to watch over their Social Media account(s), report on activities and only provide recommendations for improvement.

  • The account is ‘watched’ twice daily.
  • No posting of content or engagement with Social Media audiences
  • i3 Gen produces a weekly email report on audience engagement opportunities and Direct Messages
  • i3 Gen provides a monthly report on content and account performance with recommended actions

Level 2 -- Engaged

£25 per Account per Day

Level 2

Organisations who would like some close in support for their Social Media activities, covering off the basic account management actions, reviewing activities and performance analytics, and providing specific guidance and recommendations.

  • The account is monitored and reviewed at least twice daily.
  • New Followers are checked against target audience and influencer criteria; and followed back if appropriate.
  • Low-level engagement with audience; i.e. thanks for sharing, likes and occasional re-shares.
  • Direct Messages are reviewed and responded to, referred on / actioned as appropriate
  • No posting of content.
  • i3 Gen produces a weekly email report on audience engagement and Direct Message actions.
  • i3 Gen provides a monthly report on content and account performance including basic analytics and any priority recommended actions.

Level 3 -- Active

£50 per Account per Day

Level 3

Organisations who want active, hands-on management of their Social Media account(s).

Created content is posted through an agreed collaborative workflow and in line with a managed Content Calendar, and audiences are engaged with on behalf of the organisation.

This is supported by regular activity and performance reporting against key targets and measurement of effect.

  • The account is actively monitored.
  • New Followers are checked against target audience and influencer criteria; and followed back if appropriate.
  • Reactive engagement with the audience within the agreed ‘profile, style and voice’ of the account,  with the intent of encouraging the audience into the ‘customer’ engagement flow.
  • Direct Messages are reviewed and responded to, referred on or actioned as appropriate
  • Content posted in line with the agreed content calendar.
  • Co-ordination of content posting across platforms and associated accounts.
  • Analytics and content performance is actively monitored and any indicated actions are taken.
  • i3 Gen produces a weekly email report on audience engagement and Direct Message actions.
  • i3 Gen provides a monthly report on content and account performance including detailed analytics and recommended actions.

Level 4 -- Fully Managed

£75 per Account per Day

Level 4

Organisations who wish to fully outsource the management of their Social Media presence, including promoted content.

i3 Gen pro-actively manage the account in order to support key organisational objectives; organically and selectively growing audiences and improving communications and increasing engagement.

This is a highly collaborative level of engagement, with i3 Gen acting as extended team members, integrating into your wider communications and engagement programmes; ultimately delivering the greatest effects and return on effort and resources.

  • The account is actively monitored.
  • New Followers are checked against target audience and influencer criteria; and followed back if appropriate.
  • Additional periodic house-keeping of account including unfollowing as appropriate
  • Pro-Active engagement with the audience within the agreed ‘profile, style and voice’ of the account,  with the intent of growing the account audience and encouraging that audience into the ‘customer’ engagement flow.
  • Direct Messages are reviewed and responded to, referred on or actioned as appropriate
  • Content posted in line with the agreed content calendar.
  • Content in-line with account profile is looked-for and re-shared on account
  • Co-ordination of content posting across platforms and associated accounts.
  • Analytics and content performance is actively monitored and any indicated actions are taken.
  • Selected content is Promoted through platform advertising to defined target audiences
  • Promoted content performance is monitored, analysed and acted upon appropriately
  • i3 Gen produces a weekly email report on consolidated audience engagement actions and performance of promoted content.
  • i3 Gen provides a two-weekly report on content and account performance including detailed analytics and actions taken

'Bundle' Discounts

As most organisations have multiple Social Media channels or accounts, i3 Gen offer bundled pricing that provides upto 30% discount on individual pricing.

Fully Managed Bundle

If a client selects one Level 4 (Fully Managed) account then they can add up to 3 further accounts at equal or lower service levels at a 30% discount.

Active Bundle

If a client selects one Level 3 (Active) account then they can add up to 3 further accounts at equal or lower service levels at a 20% discount.

An account is a single Social Media account on a Social Media Platform. Also known as a Social Media Channel.
